  • Seek help from a podiatrist

What kind of help can I get?

  • A podiatrist can advise on proper footwear and exercises to treat symptoms
  • A cam walker can be used
  • Low-Level Laser Therapy can be used to reduce pain and inflammation
  • Surgery might be needed if symptoms continue after conservative treatment

How long till it recovers?

  • It can take up to 6 - 8 weeks to see improvements
